The technical support engineer is knowledgeable in all Apple Mac OS, Linux, Ubuntu and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems - Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 products and their applications and will be able to help you sort out your computer problems.
